Terms of Service

By using the Kalpa marketing automation platform (“Service”) operated by Kalpa Technologies LLC (“Kalpa”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Kalpa to send spam, violate third-party intellectual property, or circumvent the rate limits or policies of connected services (including Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and similar). When using the Pinterest API through Kalpa you must comply with the Pinterest Developer Agreement and Pinterest Platform Policies.

3. Third-party services

Kalpa integrates with third-party services (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, etc.) through their public APIs. Use of those services is subject to the third party’s own terms; Kalpa is not responsible for their uptime, pricing, or policy changes.

4. Payment

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the billing settings.

5. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement at any time. On termination we delete your data per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are emailed to active customers.
